PRIVACY POLICY

We are an independent company and will not pass on your details to anyone else without your permission. The only time this is likely to occur is in the following examples:

• You have applied for a long term rental so we need to credit check you. Your details will be passed to credit safe for verification. Under data protection law you have to authorise us to do this before we can credit check you.
• You have asked for holiday accommodation and have clicked on a holiday rental which does not belong to us. The property owner will receive your contact details and any other items you have listed in your enquiry.
  

Other than these examples everything is kept in house and will not be referred to any other companies. We are as against cold calls from companies as you.
