Self catering Edinburgh accommodation - Sleeps 6. Everything is easy from this Edinburgh Apartment. Train, bus and airport shuttle all a couple of minutes walk from the front door and a very central location. Bars, restaurants and shops are all right on your doorstep.

<sup>This apartment is located on the first floor and shares the entrance from street level with our office. You should find everything you need for your Edinburgh stay here. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven, hob and fridge and one guest left the following comment  "what happened to the push button espresso machine? - a joke totally a joke this property provided many unexpected items especially for cooking - absolutely fantastic - we loved this apartment" TY - USA. If you dont want to cook you dont have to - there is Sushi, Indian, Nepalese, Scottish, Italian in fact most types of restaurant all within a couple of minutes walk. If you do decide to cook in the apartment the kitchen area is open plan to the lounge and dining area so you can keep an eye on the kids or chat to your guests. The lounge has comfortable leather settees where you can watch one of the several hundred channels on the Sky package (Sky movies for the girls, Sky sports for the guys and the kids pack for the youngsters). The in built music system can also be controlled from here with music to the lounge and bedrooms. There is also dining for 6. There are 3 bedrooms all with built in wardrobes, iron, ironing board and hairdryer so you dont have to share just 1 iron between 6. 2 bedrooms are twin rooms and 1 is a double. The main bathroom has bath, over bath shower, w.c. and wash hand basin and you will find towels, shampoo and soap supplied. There is also a separate shower room with power shower, w.c and wash hand basin. You will be as warm as you want to be here with a fully controllable central heating system. All the windows are double glazed to keep the heat in and noise out. There are quality finishes throughout with solid walnut floors, chrome fittings and egyptian cotton bedding.
