Just over the road is a retail park that has Marks and Spencers, Sainsburys, a KFC, and also in sight is a Macdonalds Restaurant, this flat has it all both location and comfort.

About the Holyrood View apartment (Ref EDA135)
This 4th floor apartment in a modern city centre development, has 2 large double bedrooms, a large livingroom/dining room and a fully functional fitted kitchen, with integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, and integrated microwave and cooker. The bathroom has a bath and a shower, the flat has a new bed settee in the livingroom and additional bedding if required. The living room has a television with freeview tv, and a dvd player, the apartment is accesed via a security entry door ststem, and has a lift to access the 4th floor lobby, the stair areas and lobby are carpeted and well maintained. The apartment has access to private underground parking via electric gates controlled by a key fob, there are wardrobes in both the bedrooms for ample storage of clothes etc. The flat being on the 4th floor has panoramic views to Arthurs seat, Edinburghs oldest Volcanic mountain, Holyrood Park, and to the north views over the sea towards the Firth of Forth.

As a rough guide check in is 4pm and check out is 11am
Payments
You will initially pay 12% deposit when you book to reserve the apartment. The balance is due on arrival or if you prefer to pay pior to arrival it can be arranged.
Stag nights/hen nights
Please note we do not accept hen or stag parties at this property.
Smoking
Please also note this is a no smoking apartment and a deduction will be made from the deposit if we need to have curtains or furnishings dry cleaned to eliminate tobacco odours.
Pets
For the comfort of all guests we do not accept pets at this property.
