Operating since 1995, Edinburgh Apartments Ltd is primarily a property development and rental company concentrating on projects in Edinburgh, East Lothian and the Scottish Borders. Occasionally we undertake developments further afield in for example London and even abroad.

We buy property in and around Edinburgh for development and can also carry out developments on a joint venture basis for the larger projects. We have carried out successful conversion projects on many Edinburgh blocks, warehouses and other properties as well as new build projects.

We have previously been involved with the holiday apartments sector and we even made it to the front page of trip advisor for customer satisfaction for our Edinburgh accommodation out scoring all of Edinburghs top hotels.
