About the location
This apartment is very close to the Usher Hall, Traverse and Lyceum Theatres and Princes Street which is Edinburghs main street is a 4 or 5 minute walk away. The EICC (Edinburgh International Conference Centre) is again under 5 mins walk and on nearby Lothian Road there are lenty of bars and restaurants. The Grassmarket is again a 5 minute walk and the old town is slightly further. You can walk up Johnston Terrace to get to Edinburgh Castle which is a 5-6 minute walk away. You wont need a car at this location but if you do bring one there is an NCP car Park on Castle Terrace (2 mins walk).

About the apartment
This apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional sandstone tenenment block (no lift as is normal in the old town). The accommodation consists of a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen, bathroom and 2 double bedrooms. It has been fully modernised and now provides an ideal location to explore the city centre. The lounge has a widescreen plasma TV and plenty of comnfortable seating and the settee can convert into a double sofa bed if 6 people are staying. The oak style kitchen is fully equipped and has oven, hob, washer drier, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The 2 double bedrooms both overlook Grindlay Street towards Edinburgh Castle and one has a small seating area - ideal for reading a book in the evening. In the bathroom there is a bath with over bath shower, w.c and wash hand basin. Towels and linen are provided

As a rough guide check in is 4pm and check out is 11am.
Payments
You will initially pay 12% deposit when you book to reserve the apartment. The balance is due on arrival or if you prefer to pay prior to arrival that can be arranged.
Stag nights/hen nights
Please note we do not accept hen or stag parties at this property.
Smoking
Please also note this is a no smoking apartment and a deduction will be made from the deposit if we need to have curtains or furnishings dry cleaned to eliminate tobacco odours.
Pets
For the comfort of all guests we do not accept pets at this property.
