About the location

Circus Mews is quietly situated in the Georgian New Town of Edinburgh, within walking distance of the city centre. The property forms part of a picturesque, cobbled mews lane, with little passing traffic. Behind the lane is Royal Circus, with terraces of splendid town houses and beautiful wooded gardens. To the north is the delightful ‘village’ of Stockbridge, with its thriving bohemian atmosphere and excellent local shops, pubs and restaurants.

About this Edinburgh Apartment

The accommodation is arranged over two floors. The entrance hallway leads to the south facing open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen. A digital TV with Freeview channels and separate DVD player is provided for entertainment as well as a library of books and films and comprehensive tourist information. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A bottle of wine is waiting on arrival with our complements. Breakfast can be placed in the fridge for the first morning of your stay on request (£5 supplement). This is a great idea if you are arriving later in the evening and don't have time to get to the local shops. Stairs from the hall lead to the lower level with two double bedrooms and a well fitted modern bathroom. It is possible to have 4 single beds or one double and two singles instead of two double beds if you prefer. There is gas central heating which is fully controllable - essential for the winter months. Guests may use the washing machine and ironing facilities in the property should you wish to. Linen, towels and bathrobes are all included in the price as are the utilities. The owner will endeavour to meet guests personally on arrival to point out where everything is and how everything works. Support is just a phone call away should it be needed.

As a rough guide check in is 4pm and check out is 11am

Payments

You will initially pay 12% deposit when you book to reserve the apartment. We will then confirm your booking and a further deposit will be requested depending on how long it is until arrival. If you rarrival date is less than 6 weeks away then the full balance will be requested. If your arrival date is more than 6 weeks away then a further 13% will be requested (meaning you have paid 25% total) and the balance will be due when it is 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Stag nights/hen nights

Please note we do not accept hen or stag parties at this property.

Smoking

Please also note this is a no smoking apartment and a deduction will be made from the deposit if we need to have curtains or furnishings dry cleaned to eliminate tobacco odours.

Pets

For the comfort of all guests we do not accept pets at this property.
