About the apartment

The Cumberland is set over 3 floors. It has accommodation for up to 9 people and is very suitable for families or parties of individuals. The accommodation is made up of a master double with queen sized bed and and en-suite, which is on a mezzanine floor within the room - very cool! There are two further bedrooms, one which can be either a twin or a king sized double and the other which has a double and a single bed in it. A shower room is situated close to these two rooms. There is also a toilet accessible from the entrance hall.

The living accommodation is on the second floor and comprises a large lounge/dinning area which has a dinning table that seats. There is a 37inc flat-screen TV, free view, wifi, DVD/CD, and a desk. The two leather sofas can be converted into two comfy single beds. The living area is airy and bright and there is a glass sliding door which opens out over the quiet lane to the front of the house. The kitchen large is very well equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave, hob and oven, plenty of storage space and a table that sits 4 people. Within the mews there is also a library of books, CD's and DVD's for guests use.

The mews also has a garage attached for 1 car and a private deck and garden which has a table and chairs and a BBQ. This property has hotel quality linen, toweling robes, bath towels etc provided and we leave a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit to welcome our guests.

Finally, the mews can also be sold as a one bedroom property comprising the masterbedroom/ensuite, the deck, the toilet, the garage and the living space. The price of this option is obviously more accessible for single people, couples or parties of 4.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A £100 SECURITY DEPOSIT AT THIS APARTMENT BUT THIS IS FULLY REFUNDABLE ON EXIT PROVIDED THERE ARE NO DAMAGES



Check in

As a rough guide check in is 4pm and check out is 11am.

Payments

You will initially pay 12% deposit when you book to reserve the apartment. We will then confirm the booking and depending on how long it is to the beginning of your stay we will request the appropriate balance. If your arrival date is less than 6 weeks away the full balance will be requested. If your stay is more than 6 weeks away then we will request a further 13% to bring up your total deposit to 25% and the balance of 75% will be due when it gets to 6 weeks prior to arrival. PLease note there is a £100 security deposit payable which will be returned on outgo provided there are no damages to the apartment.

Stag nights/hen nights


Please note we do not accept hen or stag parties at this property.

Smoking

Please also note this is a no smoking apartment and a deduction will be made from the deposit if we need to have curtains or furnishings dry cleaned to eliminate tobacco odours.

Pets

For the comfort of all guests we do not accept pets at this property.
