About the location
In a quiet, one way street in the heart of Stockbridge which is within easy walking distance of the city centre. The property is self contained overlooking gardens at the back and a pretty terrace to the front. At the end of the street lies the delightful and vibrant "village" of Stockbridge with its thriving bohemian atmosphere and excellent local shops, pubs and restaurants. To the South, just a couple of minutes away is Edinburgh's elegant New Town with its splendid Georgian houses, wide open streets and beautiful squares with gardens.

About the apartment
About this Edinburgh Apartment - The accommodation is arranged over two floors. The private entrance has room for coats etc and leads to the first floor where there is a south facing living room, separate kitchen, and family bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a 32 in flatscreen TV, sky, wi-fi, DVD player as well as a library of books(including tourist information), film, music and childrens toys. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A bottle of wine and fruit bowl are waiting for you on arrival with our complements. Breakfast can be placed in your fridge for the first morning on request (£5 supplement). Upstairs you find two lovely bedrooms which can be either 2 doubles or 1 double and a twin. The double bedroom has an ensuite shower room. Linen, towels, robes and some toiletries are included in the price as well as all utilities. There is a storage space for buggies, golf clubs, boards etc which is completely secure and watertight just outside the front door.
Payments
You will initially pay 12% deposit when you book to reserve the apartment. We will then request the balance around 6 weeks before arrival which can be paid by credit card or Paypal. For bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance the full amount will be due and in really late bookings from a couple of days before arrival we can either take credit card payments or cash on arrival. In all cases a £100 security deposit will be held to cover any damages or loss of keys etc which is usually by credit card or cheque. This will be returned in full if the apartment is returned in a tidy state with all keys.
Stag nights/hen nights
Please note we do not accept hen or stag parties at this property.
Smoking
Please also note this is a no smoking apartment and a deduction will be made from the deposit if we need to have curtains or furnishings dry cleaned to eliminate tobacco odours.
Pets
For the comfort of all guests we do not accept pets at this property.
