About the location
This second floor apartment in Lady Lawson Street is in an ideal location for exploring both the old town and also Princes Street and the west end. The Grassmarket is just round the corner and there are plenty of local bars and restaurants to choose from as well as a supermarket within 100 metres (Sainsburys metro).

About the apartment
The accommodation consists of lounge with dining area, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. The lounge has a dining table in front of the window from where you can see the top of Edinburgh Castle rising above the building opposite. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes fridge, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. The 2 double bedrooms are both to the rear of the building so are quiet as they overlook the gardens of the block. The main bathroom has a bath and over bath shower. Linen and towels are supplied and the utilities bills are included.

As a rough guide check in is 4pm and check out is 11am
Payments
You will initially pay 12% deposit when you book to reserve the apartment. The balance is due on arrival of if you prefer to pay prior to arrival that can be arranged.
Stag nights/hen nights
Please note we do not accept hen or stag parties at this property.
Smoking
Please also note this is a no smoking apartment and a deduction will be made from the deposit if we need to have curtains or furnishings dry cleaned to eliminate tobacco odours.
Pets
For the comfort of all guests we do not accept pets at this property.
